I didn't know that, but it makes sense. Our neighbor's told me that they used to have a mouse problem, but don't now because our friendly ferals are taking care of it. I've never seen either cat kill a rodent or bird, but the hubby says he's watched Sweetie catch a mouse while he watched out the window over the kitchen sink.
