the Willow returns

Willow did great with her oral surgery!

The x-rays reviewed a second tooth on the other side that was also in need of help, so she lost two of her beautiful tooths!

Since returning home, she has been exceptionally affectionate. She even woke me many times in the night needing loves, which of course she got!

no more!

Thanks everyone for your purrs, I'm always nervous about anesthesia, and especially with Willow because of her asthma. But the vet said all went perfectly. How could it be any different with purrfect little Willow?!

  2. Awww, sweet Willow. She has the most precious face....

Anyway, I'm glad it went well, even though she lost a second tooth. No doubt she'll feel a lot better now, though.

BTW, I didn't remember that she has asthma. I've been struggling to find something homeopathic for Nicki, so he doesn't have to be on Prednisolone long term, but haven't had any success yet. I've got one more product on order from PetAlive.com and after that I'll have to cave.

May I ask how you're treating her? Inhaler? Pred? Something else? And what are you using for litter? That's the one thing I've not looked into yet (currently it's scented clumping one), but the woman behind The Conscious Cat (Ingrid) recommends Dr. Elsey's, and our local PetValu has the Dr. Elsey's respiratory litter. I'm just wondering if you've tried that, have any thoughts on it.

Sorry to post here....The email is keas DOT fuzzy DOT tales AT gmail DOT com if you have any suggestions.

    Thanks.

And smooches to darling Willow from me!

  4. It's OK Willow. Toofs aren't really necessary. I only two two little molars left. I have all but one of my front toofs. Mom gives me special canned food and my brudders still have to eat the crunchy stuff because Mom says they need it to keep their toofs healthy. I guess I didn't chew my crunchies.

  14. Willow, I am SO glad to know all went well for you pretty girl. Mom and I are so sorry we keep missing things. Our gmail which is what we use to subscribe is for some unknown reason putting ALL of our subscriptions into JUNK! With nothing at the top of the email saint "not junk" the way it does others! Mom has tot try to remember to go to that folder and it's not always easy to remember. But mom and I love each of you kitties. Always.
