Feral Cat Day!
Oliver celebrates National Feral Cat Day with an extra roll in the dirt! Silly boy, he sure loves to roll in the dirt!
The resident feral colony (Oliver's family) has been celebrating all week with lots of nip and special wet foods. The celebration will continue through out the week with all sorts of special things for some special cats.
Now that his family has grown into adult cats, I can actually tell them apart now. So that means they all need names! I'll get to work on getting some current pictures of each of them so you can see them as mature adult cats and I'll write up a bit about their personalities. I've asked Oliver what their names are and of course he's not telling. There are two boys (one of which is MK) and one little girl. So, be thinking and stay tuned and soon I'll request your assistance with names! Meanwhile, enjoy some nip for this special day!

Can't wait to hear the names. We are so happy to see the cats looking well. Thank you for caring for them.
ReplyDeleteSo glad Oliver and his family found your backyard!
ReplyDeleteI can't wait to see the picts and see what you come up with for names :) They are a very lucky family that is for certain
ReplyDeleteChoosing one name is difficult, but 3 is a Herculean task! You will need some inspiration, but then again, you have been viewing them for quite a long time now. Something will come to mind.

Hey brother Oliver! I also LOVE dirt baths and take at least two a day. Helps 'suffocate' any freeloading vermin, absorbs any extra oil I may have on my coat, and is just plain fun.
ReplyDeleteOh Oliver, I am so in love with you. xxxooo
ReplyDeleteOliver, you are so handsome. Can't wait to see pictures of the rest of the gang. Feral cats are the very best. We love them here. I am enjoying Backyard TNR and have been sending people to it. Take care.
ReplyDeleteHe's a big cute cat.
