Christmas preparations

Having a full size Christmas tree and five energetic cats is quite the challenge. Even though we decorated it as we wanted it sometime last week, each cat continues to make their own adjustments.

Over the weekend Theo toppled the tree as he was climbing it. I can't believe that has only happened once so far!

Each kitty gets their own stocking.

Willow, checking out the angel ornament.

Nahum, adjusting the string of red beads.

Willow, decapitating the angel.

  1. The tree is gorgeous, just gorgeous. Terrific job, everyone!

The mom wants to know if it's anchored to anything. (Ours is, even though we've really not disturbed it this year.)

  2. How could your tree not be beautiful with all that help! Love the photos! hugs, Linda

  3. but how are the kitties supposed to get to their stockings to check inside to see if the elves stopped by early and dropped off goodies?? I mean they are making the tree so beautiful, how could Santa not send them extra little gifties :) (at least that is what The Crew keeps telling me)

  4. oh my... the paw on a lead... is scary... the rearranging is part of the course. We loved the stockings and will get two now! Love Helen, Darcy and Bingley XXX

  5. And now the tree is purrfect and effurything in place.

  6. These photos are precious! I love how my kitties love Christmas just as much as I do, and looks like your cats do too :o)
Hope you can swing by my blog to check out the Christmas giveaway I'm doing ;o)

  7. Lovely tree! Sadly, we're unable to put one up this year, for fear that certain of the creatures will actually do themselves an injury with it.

  8. We're rearranging our tree too! Gotta get it purrfect!!

  9. ha ha ha! Large guffaws for "Angel Decapitation"!

  10. Tee...heh...Christmas tree look fabulous and it's great fun !
I hope you guys have lots of present in your socks : )

PS : Thanks so much to purrs for me

  11. OH! You have made me smile. I so wish I could have such a sight at my home. It's too soon to have another baby after my Admiral but perhaps she will lead one to me. Thank you for coming to see us.

  12. Hahaha, we love this post. Great and much needed adjustments, efurryone. Ahhh, 'tis the Season...
