The lab results on Buddy's tumor came back benign!! Yahoooo!!!!
We are soooo very happy about that!
Buddy's physically back to himself but emotionally he's still very unsettled. He remains extra clingy. It's always been normal for him to demand tummy rubs but now he's super-demanding, very often throwing himself at you for physical reassurance and love. On one hand it's kinda sweet as I love being with him, but it's also sad, because Monday's surgery seems to have triggered this extra neediness. I'm sure he will settle again over time but for now, it's lots of extra cuddles and reassurance that all is well.
Thank you everyone and everykitty for all your purrs and prayers for Buddy!!! I know they make a big difference!
And thank you everyone for your purrs, prayers and donations of green papers to help my nephew pay for his sweet Toby's eye surgery. I'm always amazed at the pure awesomeness of the cat-blogosphere. Each one of you are truly a blessing to the cats of this world and your kindness and generosity give me hope for our messed up world we live in. Thank you!
He's been through so much, as have you. So happy to hear he is ok. :)
ReplyDeleteWe're so happy the test results are negative; hurrah! Now enjoy the rest of the weekend, both of you. :-)
ReplyDeletePrayers answered. Such wonderful news! Cherish that extra lap time. When mine are needy I figure every added minute in my lap adds another minute to their lives.

We are SO very happy to hear that Buddy's tumor was benign....I'm sure he'll settle back into his routine eventually but that was quite an experience for him and extra reassurance is just what the doctor ordered (!!!!)......besides, it means extra cuddles all the way around...!!
